Know the Record Cold.

Litigation turns on the record. Where Civil Cases Turn

The leverage in a dispute hides in the documents nobody had time to read twice.

Commercial, contract, and business tort disputes run on paper: contracts and amendments, invoices, email threads, board minutes, productions that run to thousands of pages, and transcripts that contradict each other in small ways. The facts that matter for a motion or a mediation are rarely in one place. Most teams know the record cold in the weeks before trial. The opportunity is to know it that well from the first production.

01

Build the Case Around Every Element

Saxon organizes the facts around each claim and defense—formation, performance, breach, causation, damages, notice—and ties each one to the document or testimony that supports it. Your team sees what is proven, what is disputed, and what discovery still needs to reach before a deadline forces the question.

02

Find the Contradictions Early

Saxon compares what witnesses said in emails, interrogatory answers, and deposition transcripts, and surfaces the inconsistencies, gaps in production, and dates that don’t line up. Every flag links to the pages involved, so your attorney can decide what it means and when to use it.

03

What Makes This Repeatable: Playbooks

Playbooks turn your best litigators’ habits—how they digest a deposition, outline a summary judgment record, or prepare a mediation statement—into the firm’s default process. Litigation-specific drafting can be configured with your firm as a custom playbook in your own templates. The same disciplined review runs on every matter.

04

One Litigation File, Start to Finish

Assess the claims, serve and answer discovery, prepare for depositions, build the motion record, and walk into mediation with a cited chronology. Then carry that same record into exhibit lists and witness outlines—so nothing learned early gets lost by the time it matters.

Why Civil Litigation Attorneys Choose FasterOutcomes

Saxon works every stage of the matter, so your team knows the record sooner and runs more cases without adding headcount.

More capacity, same team

Staff more matters without adding associates. Saxon carries the document review and deposition digesting that used to cap how many cases each team could run.

The email that changes everything.

Saxon surfaces the buried admission, the missing production, and the testimony that contradicts the documents—before the deposition, not after the motion is briefed.

More matters taken on

Saxon organizes a new dispute around claims, defenses, key documents, and open questions, so your team can evaluate a matter and staff it sooner.

The Whole Case

Six Stages. One Team Member.

Saxon works the file from the complaint through trial, so the record built at the pleadings stage carries forward instead of being rebuilt every time.

Pleadings

Saxon reads the complaint, answer, contracts, and correspondence, maps each claim and defense to its elements, and flags allegations the file doesn’t yet support.

Written Discovery

Saxon digests productions and responses as they arrive, tracks what was requested against what was produced, and flags gaps worth a deficiency letter.

Depositions

Saxon builds witness outlines from the documents and prior testimony, then summarizes the transcript with page-and-line cites once the deposition is done.

Motions

Saxon assembles the cited factual record for summary judgment and other motions, so every statement of fact points to the exhibit or transcript behind it.

Mediation

Saxon drafts a mediation summary from the record, laying out strengths, weaknesses, and open questions on both sides, each tied to its source.

Trial

Saxon carries the same file into exhibit lists, witness outlines, and trial binders. The chronology built at the pleadings stage is the one you try the case from.

Drafting

Cited first drafts in minutes.

Deposition summaries, witness outlines, and mediation statements start as full first drafts in your templates, built from the record.

Risk detection

Flags what’s easy to overlook.

Saxon checks every file for contradictory testimony, missing productions, unsupported allegations, and dates that don’t line up across the record.

Verification

Verify Everything, Trust What Holds Up

Saxon drafts. You approve. Every fact in a chronology, deposition summary, or statement of undisputed facts is tied back to the exhibit or transcript page it came from, so you can check it before it reaches opposing counsel or the court. Nothing is sent or filed without you.

Questions and Answers

How is FasterOutcomes different from general AI tools?

General AI tools work from whatever you paste in and rarely show their sources. Saxon reads the entire matter file—pleadings, productions, transcripts, correspondence—builds source-linked chronologies, and ties every fact to its page. It drafts in your firm’s templates through Playbooks, and nothing leaves without attorney approval. It is built around the record, not a chat window.

Saxon summarizes transcripts with cited pages and answers questions about the record in plain language. Drafting discovery responses, deficiency letters, or motion sections in your firm’s format can be configured with your firm as a custom playbook. Saxon prepares first drafts; your attorneys make every objection, privilege call, and strategic choice.

Not today. Saxon works from the documents in your file and does not research case law, statutes, or local rules. It shows you what the record says and exactly where it says it; the legal analysis, and the authority behind it, stays with your attorneys.

Saxon flags dates and deadlines that appear in the record—response dates in served discovery, scheduling-order dates, deposition notices—so your attorney can act on them. Saxon does not calendar or docket, and it is not a replacement for your firm’s deadline system.

The core of Saxon works today: reading the full file, building cited chronologies, drafting in your templates, and flagging gaps and contradictions. The litigation-specific playbooks—deposition digests, discovery tracking, motion records, mediation statements—are being built now with early civil litigation firms. Firms that join early shape how those playbooks work.

Saxon includes privacy and security controls for sensitive client records, including confidential business documents and correspondence. Retention, deletion, and model-use terms are documented during implementation. Review current audit and compliance materials in our Trust Center.
