How is this different from ChatGPT or another general AI tool?
General tools are built for one person writing one document. They have no concept of a matter. Will this replace my attorneys and paralegals?

Is our client data safe, and does this protect privilege?
Saxon is SOC 2 Type II audited and HIPAA compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated to your firm. We never use your documents, prompts, or uploads to train any model, internal or external. If you stop using the platform, your data is exported back to you and deleted on our side.
I’m the one who has to approve and roll this out. What does it ask of my team?
Less than most firms expect. Documentation for your security review lives in our Trust Center, and the compliance posture is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA with encryption in transit and at rest. Provisioning is handled on our side: full platform access and user configuration come within 24 business hours, followed by live onboarding sessions run at whatever depth your team wants. You get an assigned Client Success Manager, and in-app support sits behind the Help button, so day-to-day questions don’t route through your help desk.

We’re a small firm. Is this built for practices our size?
