Beta · Saxon™ for Labor Law Attorneys

Every Clause. Every Practice. Every Page.

Labor disputes turn on contract language, past practice and bargaining history scattered across decades of paper. Saxon reads the collective bargaining agreement, side letters, grievance files, bargaining notes and NLRB filings, builds a cited record, and drafts in your templates—so union and employer counsel walk into the step meeting, the Board proceeding or the arbitration with every page in hand.

The Record Behind the Contract

In labor disputes, the answer is usually already in the paper—if someone can find it.

A grievance over overtime distribution can hinge on a side letter signed three contracts ago, a practice everyone followed but nobody wrote down, or a proposal withdrawn at the table. Unfair labor practice charges turn on dates, statements and who knew what. The evidence exists. It is spread across contracts, minutes, notes and files that predate everyone in the room.

01

Contract Language and Past Practice

Saxon reads the CBA, side letters, MOUs and prior awards, and ties every relevant clause to its page. It assembles the evidence of how the parties actually applied the language—schedules, postings, payroll, prior grievance settlements—so a past-practice argument rests on documents, not recollection.

02

Bargaining History and ULP Charges

Saxon organizes bargaining notes, proposals, counterproposals and tentative agreements into a cited history of the table. For unfair labor practice charges, it builds the chronology of statements, discipline and dates that the charge, the position statement and the Board agent will all turn to.

03

What Makes This Repeatable: Playbooks

Playbooks turn your practice’s best habits into the default process: the grievance intake, the step-meeting summary, the arbitration exhibit list, the ULP chronology. Configured with your team and run in your templates, the same disciplined review happens on the first grievance of the year and the two hundredth.

04

One Labor File, Start to Finish

From the organizing campaign and the representation petition through bargaining, contract administration, grievances and arbitration, Saxon carries one cited record forward. When a dispute reaches the arbitrator or the Board, the history behind it is already organized, sourced and ready for your review.

Why Labor Law Attorneys Choose FasterOutcomes

Saxon works the whole labor relationship—organizing, bargaining, grievances and arbitration—so your team prepares faster and walks in knowing the record.

More capacity, same team

Run more grievances, charges and arbitrations without adding staff. Saxon carries the contract review, exhibit assembly and first drafts that used to cap your docket.

The side letter nobody found.

Saxon surfaces the forgotten side letter, the prior award on the same clause and the inconsistent practice before the step meeting or the hearing, not during cross.

More matters handled well

Saxon organizes each new grievance or charge around the contract language, the facts on record and the dates in the file, so your team decides how to proceed sooner.

The Whole Case

Six Stages. One Team Member.

Saxon works the labor relationship from organizing through arbitration, so the record built at one stage informs every stage after it.

Organizing Campaigns

Saxon organizes campaign materials—flyers, meeting scripts, supervisor statements, discipline records—into a cited chronology your team can review for conduct issues and election objections.

Representation Proceedings

Saxon reads the petition, voter-list materials and job descriptions, and organizes the evidence on unit scope and supervisory status ahead of the representation hearing.

Collective Bargaining

Saxon tracks proposals, counterproposals, tentative agreements and table notes into a cited bargaining history, and flags information requests and dates that appear in the record.

Contract Administration

Saxon answers questions about the CBA in plain language with the cited article and section, alongside the side letters and prior settlements that bear on it.

Grievances & ULP Charges

Saxon builds the grievance file and the ULP chronology as documents arrive, drafts step-meeting summaries and position statements in your templates, and flags dates on the record.

Arbitration

Saxon assembles joint and party exhibits, organizes witness outlines around contract language and past practice, and starts the post-hearing brief from a cited record.

Verification

Verify Everything, Trust What Holds Up

Saxon drafts. You approve. Every clause, practice and statement in a bargaining history, grievance summary or arbitration brief is tied back to the page it came from—the article, the side letter, the meeting notes—so you can check it before it goes out. Nothing is sent or filed without you.

Questions and Answers

How is FasterOutcomes different from general AI tools?

General chat tools work from whatever you paste in and rarely show where an answer came from. Saxon reads the whole matter file—CBA, side letters, grievance files, bargaining notes, Board filings—and ties every statement and draft back to the page it came from. It runs inside your firm’s playbooks and templates, and nothing goes out without an attorney’s approval.

Saxon drafts first drafts in your firm’s own templates. Arbitration briefs, step-meeting summaries, ULP charges, position statements and information requests can be configured with your firm as custom playbooks, so each draft follows your structure and cites the record. Your attorneys review, edit and decide what is filed or sent.

Different practice, different file. Labor work centers on the collective relationship: the CBA, bargaining history, grievances, arbitration, and representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB. Employment work centers on individual claims like discrimination or wage-and-hour. Saxon reads both kinds of file, and labor playbooks are built around the contract, past practice and the Board.

Not today. Saxon works from the documents in your matter file, not Board decisions, published arbitration awards or statutes. It organizes and cites the contract and the record so your team can apply the NLRA, Board precedent and arbitral standards with the facts already in order.

The core of Saxon works today: reading the full file, building cited chronologies, drafting in your templates and flagging gaps. The labor-specific playbooks—grievance intake, past-practice review, bargaining history, arbitration exhibit preparation—are being built now with early firms in this practice. Early firms shape what those playbooks do and how they work.

Grievance files, discipline records and bargaining strategy are sensitive on both sides of the table. Saxon includes privacy and security controls for sensitive client records. Retention, deletion, and model-use terms are documented during implementation. Review current audit and compliance materials in our Trust Center.
